Uploaded more character portraits to my website, put up a link to Kath's novel The Sarah Stone, and added a Character Art folder to my Facebook page and proceeded to fill it up.

I hereby label this day productive.

Hours and whatnot aren't set in stone yet, but a used bookstore just opened up downtown. Chris and I went in this morning and brought Kath's and my three novels to see if she'd be interested in a local authors display (she was!) and we got to talking and she asked me if I'd like a job. :-)

It'd be in the daytime, so I'd still have time to write of an evening (wheeee) and she has no problem with me bringing Kaylee in with me while I work.

So we're carrying on family tradition-- mom worked at a bookstore in Chicago when I was a baby. lol

She also said that she's going to get a computer in there and set it up so that there are display copies of the books and people can just order them online through my webpage, which means I really need to renovate it sometime very soon. I have most of it planned out, now it's just figuring up the html.

Going to be overhauling my site sometime in the next few weeks, so I figured I should ask--

What would you like to see more of on my website?

If you hear a loud 'boom' coming from Kansas, it's just my head exploding.

Working on website renovations-- not that I've actually changed anything on my site yet, I've just spent the last six hours resizing pictures and looking up lyrics and now I've got about three more suitable pieces of lyrics to find and I can't remember anything for what I was going to put and aieeeeeeeeeeeee. LOL

The stress is not helped by the fact that 1) Google has apparently stopped working, 2) so has Altavista, 3) the AOL IM hasn't worked all day, and 4) as soon as I figure out what's causing all this, I'm going to kick something's mechanical butt.

Anyway, I'm going to (hopefully) finish completing a list of what I need to change, upload the eighty-something pictures I'm going to add, and then sleep. Tomorrow, I'll actually get everything set up.
