I would also add pictures from Wicked (which was the "OMGOMGOMG" level of awesome) but we unsurprisingly weren't supposed to take any, so I didn't. I really wanted to get a shot of the stage, though. That set was fantastic. But you'll just have to settle for pictures of me scribbling my name instead. ;-)

We went out to the water plant to talk to Chris for a few and see if we could get some pictures of the geese that live out there-- and we ended up getting pics of something else:



She's pretty young, and absolutely not afraid of people at all-- she just wandered across the parking lot and came within ten feet of where Chris and I were crouched at the corner of the building. Chris thinks she's made a home in one of the spare pipes lying around in the nearby field. She stalked across the field for several minutes, springing up into the air to pounce at things, and we followed at a distance. :-)

Writing projects are going well; I've set up a kind of schedule for myself so far as solo work goes. From now until December, I'm going to be working on a screenplay for next year's Eerie Horror Film Festival and a Christmas present project for Kath (by the way, buddy, my lips are sealed as to further details. One could say I am beyond evil for even mentioning it six months in advance, but I can live with that. Heh heh). After the baby's born, I'll work on editing the Karavan series.

And maybe I'll even update my website somewhere in there. Stranger things have been known to happen.

Anyway, pictures!

All this work was done in three days' time-- hooray for the credit card, and for help from Chris's dad and one of his friends. lol Chris is waiting to finish because it's been so humid here lately that the mud is taking forever to dry, so the mudding/sanding part of it is taking longer than intended. More pictures will be uploaded once the room's painted and some stuff's moved in. :-)
