NBC axes My Own Worst Enemy

Why do I keep doing this to myself? (okay, I know why, my hormones override my 'if it's actually any good the networks will get rid of it' common sense)

Well, at least we've got the rest of the season to finish out. Just so long as they don't end it on a cliffhanger or something. *fingers crossed*

I'm pretty sure I have more to say, but I'm too zonky to think of it. My brain has currently been replaced by "eeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!" Not that I'm complaining.

Okay, so about My Own Worst Enemy? I'd heard about it, and visited the imdb page to get an idea what it was about, but since we don't have cable I hadn't actually seen any advertisements.

I'm over visiting mom and dad now, and I turned on the TV Guide channel to see when the show was on so I could set up the VCR, and there was an ad. I'm pretty sure the sound I made is normally something you only hear from dolphins.

It's not 9:00 yet. This vexes me.

Chris just finally got some vacation time, so we've been busy setting up a garage sale (made $60! Yay) and catching up with the Laundry Piles of Doom and whatnot.

Kaylee sortof took some steps . . . we had her stroller in the kitchen and she clung to the back of it and walked it across the floor. I got video of it on my camera, now if I can just figure out how to upload it to Youtube, I'll be set.

And, My Own Worst Enemy premieres tonight!! *waves from Cloud Nine*

Not only is the next segment in Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog up (and I laughed so hard I scared the baby. Sorry, Kaylee) but here's a call I got at the bookstore:

Ashley: "Hey! You have until fall to get cable back."
Me: "I dunno. We're fine without it so far."
Ashley: "Just trust me. New TV show coming out called My Own Worst Enemy--"
Me: "I can get it on DVD."
Ashley: "-- starring Christian Slater."
Me: "We have until fall to get cable back."

I swear, it's pathetic how easy I am.*

And I got ten pages written in my new novel yesterday! Once in a while, I can actually be productive.
